Welcome to Cooper Christian Academy!

A Letter from the Head of School – Steve Bowers

Thank you for your interest in Cooper Christian Academy where we prepare students for a life of faith, service, leadership and learning. I am so glad that you are exploring Christian education for your child.

Here, at CCA, we partner with Christian families to provide a seamless transition from the values being formed in your home to those being reinforced in our classrooms. We are firmly committed to equipping students to reach their God-given potential both academically and spiritually.

I encourage you to take time and explore the admissions section of the website. Among other things, here you can find information about our application process. Feel free to contact the Main office to learn more about CCA.

Everything we do at Cooper Christian Academy is rooted in the values of excellence and unity, be it academics, spiritual life, or building long-lasting relationships. You can rest assured that your child is surrounded by educators who bring these values to life daily. It is my hope that you visit us and discover our commitment to an excellent educational experience at an affordable price.

I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing our heart for Christ and education!

To fulfill the school’s mission and vision, CCA considers the following:

  • At least one parent/guardian must genuinely acknowledge a relationship with Jesus Christ during the process of a family interview.
  • At least one parent/guardian must annually sign the Cooper Christian Academy State of Spiritual Beliefs acknowledging that it is the standard of instruction of CCA. It is also understood that all instruction is based on the Bible and CCA philosophy and objectives.
  • No student will be admitted who:
    • Has emotional or disciplinary problems that cannot be met by CCA;
    • Has a court record or reputation that is unchristian;
    • Has a physical handicap or learning disability for which our program is not staffed.
    • Has been expelled/suspended from another school.
  • A student’s acceptance at any grade level is contingent upon the student’s ability measured by a standardized testing program, administered by classroom teacher, and by the interview data.

Admission Process:

  1. School Visit
    • Schedule a Visit: We encourage you to visit our campus.  During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to tour our facilities, meet our faculty, and experience community firsthand.  Please contact Steve Bowers to set up a time that works for you.
  2. Application Submission
    • Compete the Application: You can complete our online application by visiting our website at:  New Student Application.
  3. Application Fee

  5. New Family Interview
    • New Family Interview: After reviewing the application and assessment results (for all grades except Kindergarten), we will schedule a new family interview.  This meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know your family better and discuss how Cooper Christian Academy can meet your child’s needs.
  6. Notice of Acceptance
    • Acceptance Notification: Once the application, assessment, and new family interview are complete, you will receive a notification regarding your child’s admission status.
    • Enrollment Fee Due: $250.00 ($50 for each additional child)
